工作内容:
作为助理经理,数字分析,您将对上海迪士尼度假区的线上平台商业消费者市场活动相关数据,线上平台相关项目,以及会员相关数据进行追踪,分析,解读,为消费者营销团队提出策略和建议,从而帮助完成入园游客量和营业额指标的完成。

工作内容:
- 您将运用多种渠道的消费者数据撰写报告和分析,更好地展现完整的消费者视角,挖掘商业洞察;
- 您将为业务部门团队和其他团队提供专业及时和深入的数据分析,特别是有关活动营销,线上平台相关项目,和会员项目的分析,并将洞察转化为商业建议和有创新的解决方案,从而及时的影响市场活动策划和优化;
- 您将协助数据管理、分析、技术以及业务部门团队,规划数据指标体系和分析体系;
- 您将管理业务伙伴合作关系,确保数据及分析结果被合理解读及规范使用。
我们希望您:
- 拥有定量领域的本科学历–例如市场营销,数学,工程学,经济学,统计学,计算机科学等;
- 扎实的大量级个人层级消费者数据的操作技能,处理过各类数据内容及结构,有消费者细分、预测模型(与建模组合作)的经验;
- 有五年以上数字分析(App、微信 、网站等)、BI工具使用(SQL、Python、R等)和数据库结构的相关经验;
- 必须能够在复杂的环境中与多组合作并有效管理时间;
- 积极的态度定位工作中的难点,坚定推进工作进程;
- 具备优秀的书面和口头表达技能;
- 中英文流利;
- 具有旅游业、电子商务和线上产品方面的经验更佳;
- 具有A/B测试和站点优化的经验更佳。

Associate Manager, Digital Analytics
Line of Business: Consumer Insight, Measurement & Analytics (CIMA)
Location: China, Shanghai
Department Overview:
Consumer Insight, Measurement & Analytics is an analytics & insight department within Shanghai Disney Resort that informs strategy development and decision-making through data, analytics, and insight. It is one of the professional client-facing insight departments in the nation, with numerous specialists, analysts, and researchers of different levels working on Qualitative research, Quantitative research, and Big Data Analytics. It offers a wide variety of exciting assignments and projects from upstream resort concept and product development, to marketing/sales/digital strategy and content development, to guest experience optimization for the theme park/hotels/Disneytown, to Data Mining/Exploration/Visualization of its vast amount of online and offline data. The possibilities are infinite and this is certainly a well sought-after career for many who are interested in data analytics & insights. Job Summary:
As an Associate Manager, Digital Analytics, you will be responsible for analyzing, interpreting, and making actionable business recommendations and optimization suggestions for campaigns, digital projects, and membership program related data on Shanghai Disney Resort online platforms, thus helping the business team achieve their attendance and revenue targets.
The position reports to the Manager, Digital Analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate reports and analyses leveraging multiple customer data sources (direct digital channels, park, hotel, food & beverage, etc.) to better present a holistic customer view and insights.
- Support business unit teams, and other teams with expertise in ad-hoc analysis, and in-depth digital analysis, especially analysis related to marketing campaigns, digital projects, and membership program. Recommend optimization tactics to improve site performance and business growth continuously;
- Guide data and analytical requirements by working with other data management, analytics, technology, and business groups within the enterprise to ensure that the data needed is available for analysis;
- Manage the partnership with other business unit teams to ensure the data and related analyses are interpreted and presented appropriately;
Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field, e.g. Marketing, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, etc.;
- Solid skills to handle considerate amounts of individual-level customer data with wide visibility of different data categories and structures. Experience in customer segmentations and prediction models (working with modeling team);
- At least 5 years’ experience in digital analytics (App, WeChat, website, etc.), BI tool usage (SQL, Python, R, etc.), and knowledge of database structure;
- Ability to cooperate with multiple teams and manage time effectively within a complex environment;
- A can-do attitude to identify barriers in work streams and determination to push things forward;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Fluent in both Mandarin and English;
- Travel Industry, e-Commerce, and digital product experience is preferred;
- Working experience with A/B testing and site optimization is preferred.
