Position Overview:

This position collaborates with cross-functional teams to evaluate external data sharing requests and manage an enterprise-wide organized approach for release of performance data for third-party surveys, requests for information (RFIs) and ad hoc data requests.
The Program Manager implements processes, procedures and technology to centrally collect and report performance information and help Sutter Health entities use trusted, transparent, and validated data sources to ensure timely responses for competitive advantage to payers, regulatory agencies, and internal customers.

EDUCATION:
Equivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma.

Bachelor's: Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field


TYPICAL EXPERIENCE:

8 years of recent experience.


SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:

Knowledge of health care systems and general clinical operations is required.

Knowledge of data analyses and queries, spreadsheet formats, Continuous Quality Improvement principles and report production is required.

Knowledge of integrated healthcare system, hospital system and medical group issues is recommended.

Analyze information, problems, situations, practices, or procedures in order to identify relevant concerns and factors.

Establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with clients, IS team members, management, and executive personnel/staff.

Excellent verbal and writing skills to effectively communicate with diverse groups such as: executives, managers, and subject matter experts.

Excellent analytical and organization skills are required as well as the ability to present complicated information to administrators, physicians and pharmacists in a concise

meaningful manner.

Set priorities which accurately reflect the relative importance of job responsibilities and prioritize assignments to complete work in a timely manner. Ability to prioritize multiple projects and information requests is critical.

Must be able to perform and complete work assignments effectively

and accurately with minimal direction and supervision.

Pay Range is $53.59 to $80.39 / hour

The salary range for this role may vary above or below the posted range as determined by location. This range has not been adjusted for any specific geographic differential applicable by area where the position may be filled. Compensation takes into account several factors including but not limited to a candidate’s experience, education, skills, licensure and certifications, department equity, training and organizational needs. Base pay is just one piece of the total rewards program offered by Sutter Health. Eligible roles also qualify for a comprehensive benefits package. ​
