Job Description

Assess current processes at strategic, tactical, and operational levels, identifying
opportunities for improvement within:
o Quality
o Speed
o Dependability
o Flexibility
o Cost
 Identify opportunities for AI applications across various business processes.
 Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business
improvement.
 Extract, document, and manage business requirements to help shape identified
needs into a business solution.
 Lead or conduct solution assessment and validation to ensure that functional
specifications meet the identified business needs within the organization; Conduct
complex problem analysis and resolution as needed.
 Map processes (“to be” and “as is”), customer journeys, touchpoints, interfaces,
and conduct maturity assessments.
 Analyze large datasets to extract actionable insights using machine learning
algorithms.
 Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of AI models and make necessary
adjustments to improve accuracy.
 Identify process requirements, delivery timelines, resources, risks, benefits, costs,
and more.
 Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the desired outcomes from
the process changes.
 Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and
translate them into AI solutions.
 Collaborate with data engineering teams to design and implement efficient data
pipelines and architecture to support analysis and projects.
 Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in AI and data analysis.

Qualifications

 A Bachelor;s degree.
 Overall 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst
 Solid understanding of business process optimization and automation.
 Proficiency in programming languages such as Python.
 Experience with GenAI frameworks, tools, and technologies, including chatbots
and copilot solutions.
 Proficiency in SQL for database querying and experience working with datasets.
 Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
 Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
 Ability to work effectively and independently in a fast-paced environment.
 A collaborative mindset and the ability to work well within a team.

Salary Budget: As per industry Standards. 

Experience level: minimum 4-6 years.
