Job Summary

As a Mid Data Engineer (12526), you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient software applications. Your role will involve leading technical projects, mentoring junior engineers, and continuously improving software development practices to ensure the delivery of robust and reliable software systems. 

Responsibilities and Duties

• Data Pipeline Development: Design and build data pipelines to efficiently ingest, process, and transform data from various sources.
• ETL Process Implementation: Develop and maintain ETL workflows, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and quality across systems.
• Database Management: Assist in the management and optimization of databases, including query optimization and schema design.
• Data Integration: Integrate data from different sources, ensuring seamless data flow for analytics and reporting.
• Collaboration: Work with data analysts, scientists, and other stakeholders to understand data requirements and provide actionable insights.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field. 
• Extensive experience in software development with a focus on designing and building scalable applications. 
• Professional/ Advanced English skills.
• +4 years of experience.
• Engineers to automate pipelines and testing use of DBT and Apache Spark for Firebrand in behalf of them for a project with Zonda Homes on Data and infrastructure modernization.

Additional Requirements

• Technologies: Python, SQL, Apache Airflow, Redshift, Docker.
• Competencies: Autonomy, agile work environments, effective communication, and leadership.
