We are looking for a Data Analyst to support the Credit, Product, Sales and Marketing teams.
Balance is scaling fast, and supporting the different teams with analytical insights, the correct KPI’s and metrics are crucial.
This is an opportunity to join a pivotal role, shaping the strategy of the company for the upcoming years.
The ideal candidate would be one that has strong top down skills, analytically sharp, and can connect user journeys to data and insights. You would need to be highly independent, work fast with minimal guidance, and make decisions sensibly
Responsibilities
- Collect, organize, and analyze large sets of data from various sources to provide insights on user behavior, product performance, and marketing campaigns
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track KPIs and provide insights to the different teams
- Identify trends and patterns in data to inform business decisions
- Support the Product managers with inquiries and sizing issues.
- Support the Marketing and Sales teams with measurements of conversion, performance, deal flow etc.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product improvements and optimize marketing campaigns based on data insights
- Work with the engineering team to ensure data accuracy and consistency
- Continuously improve data processes and systems to ensure data quality and accessibility
Requirements
- 3+ years working as an analyst in one of the domains (Product, Marketing, Sales), preferably from B2B Fintech companies
- Hands on Experience developing on data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker or Power BI
- High proficiency in SQL and Excel
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with statistical analysis and modeling techniques
- Experience working with APIs and integrating data from multiple sources
- Experience with product analytics tools such as Mixpanel or Logrocket - Advantage
- Knowledge of marketing analytics tools such as Marketo or HubSpot - Advantage
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in Hebrew and English
- A highly collaborative, team-oriented individual that is comfortable with new situations and highly iterative projects
