AccessData, a Broadridge company, offers technology solutions on a leading-edge platform to clients who rely on our expertly curated data to identify key accounts, leverage competitive intelligence and product trends so they in turn can grow sales and confidently adapt to changing market conditions. This role will support the collection, cleansing and analysis of the advisor information that is used by Broadridge Sales Analytics and Market Analytics products.
 

We are made up of high performing teams that meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed. This role is considered hybrid, which means you’ll be assigned to our Pittsburgh Office and given the flexibility to work from home.

Responsibilities:

  • You will perform data stewardship services – research and resolve missing data components.

  • You will become familiar with the internal and external resources needed to resolve exceptions

  • You will identify data inaccuracies; recommend solutions for improving data quality.

  • You will proactively seek guidance from manager when challenges are encountered in research.

  • You will adhere to high quality and productivity standards, while providing stellar client care.

  • You will create and maintain procedural documentation related to manual processes, technology solutions and projects.

  • You will become accustomed to tracking the status of support tickets and record time spent on requests.

  • You will participate in regular meetings with representatives from across multiple lines of business.

  • You will have the ability to identify opportunities for process improvements / best practices and make recommendations to management accordingly.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent with 1+ years related experience working in an office environment at a computer preferred.

  • Familiarity of how people seek the services of a financial advisor to manage their money a plus, but not required.

  • Computer literacy and familiarity with various computer programs such as web browser and internet search engines (e.g., Google), Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook.

  • Data Entry Skills including accurate typing, attention to detail, methodical and highly organized.

  • Proven ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and under a tight deadline.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Works independently with minimal supervision and task-oriented.
