Core responsibilities:

• Create and maintain optimal data pipeline architecture
• Assemble large, complex data sets that meet functional / non-functional business requirements
• Lead third party and internal developers, database architects, data analysts and data scientists on data initiatives, ensuring optimal data delivery architecture, consistent throughout all projects
• Identify, design, and implement internal process improvements: automating manual processes, optimizing data delivery, re-designing infrastructure for greater scalability, etc.
• Build/develop the infrastructure required for optimal extraction, transformation, and loading of data from a wide variety of data sources using technology such as AWS data services or similar
• Build analytics tools that utilize the data pipeline to provide actionable insights into customer acquisition, operational efficiency and other key business performance metrics
• Work with stakeholders including the Data Architect, Data Modeler, and Product Owner to assist with data-related technical issues and support their data infrastructure needs
• Keep our data separated and secure across national boundaries through multiple data centers and regions, as required by local regulations and group policies
• Create data tools for analytics and data scientist team members that assist them in building and optimizing our product into an innovative industry leader
• Work with data and analytics experts to strive for greater functionality in our data systems

Requirements/Qualifications:

• - Bachelor's Degree in related field, advanced certification where applicable
•  - 5+ years’ experience in data engineering and Big Data solutions in a Telco or cable company
•  - 5+ years’ experience in SQL.
• - Experience in applying Agile and DevSecOps practices and methodologies
•  - Proven experience in working as Technical Lead in multi-vendor environment and ensuring E2E Data capabilities
• - Experience in tools like SSIS, Oracle OCI.
• - Knowledge in application of industry best practices (processes, solution design)
• -Knowledge in Data project management
• -Knowledge of big data platform maintenance and best practices
• -Experience in implementation of data projects in the cloud public providers
• -Implementation of product-oriented data solutions
• -Coding and design of data solutions Educated to a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field;
