As we expand our capabilities, we are seeking an experienced Data Analyst to play a pivotal role in establishing our new Data Analysis Department. This individual will also contribute to the product department, helping to build its infrastructure from the ground up. This presents a unique opportunity to shape the future of data analysis within our company.

Responsibilities:

• In the BI analyst role, the individual must be able to independently build and analyze reports in Power BI
• Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI to create interactive visualizations and dashboards.
• Strong knowledge of statistical analysis techniques, including hypothesis testing, regression analysis, clustering, and segmentation.
• Familiarity with data cleaning and preprocessing techniques to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
• Ability to perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends, outliers, and anomalies.
• Experience with data mining techniques and machine learning algorithms to uncover insights and build predictive models.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex data findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Data Science, Computer Science, etc.).
• Experience with Power BI for data modeling, analysis, and visualization.
• SQL proficiency and understanding of data warehousing principles.
• Practical experience in building reports, working with databases, and creating dashboards.
• Ability to create accessible dashboards and reports.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting findings.
• Collaboration skills to work in team environments.
