As a Microsoft Power Platform Solution Architect you can expect to...

  • Architect and design enterprise-grade solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents
  • Conduct discovery and deliver in depth Power Platform technical expertise with the client or prospect
  • Lead solution design leveraging Dataverse, PowerApps Component Framework (PCF), and custom connectors
  • Incorporate advanced technologies such as AI Builder, RPA, and machine learning into solution designs
  • Demonstrate ownership of the technology track of Power Platform engagements during joint implementations across other service lines (e.g., D365 CE / F&O)
  • Develop and customize Power Platform solutions with integrations to external systems and APIs
  • Build reusable components, libraries, and frameworks to streamline development
  • Oversee seamless integration of Power Platform solutions with on-premises and cloud-based systems
  • Provide technical and thought leadership in both system integration and application development
  • Provide the project teams with proper guidelines for development standards, execution plans, disaster recovery, performance optimization and integrations
  • Ensure project team understands the technical architecture of the project and adheres to proper development and execution of the plan (code review, code QA, security review, deployment plan review, integration review)
  • Ensure a formal process is in place for testing and issues resolution, specifically around the technical architecture and integration points of the implementation
  • Create knowledge capital that can be leveraged to accelerate project delivery, improve quality and to secure new engagements
  • Contribute to pre-sales efforts with high level solution, scope, approach and estimating input

  • Experience using Azure services (e.g., Azure Functions, Logic Apps, API Management) to enhance solution capabilities
  • Collaboration experience with business analysts, project managers, and clients to gather requirements and create tailored solutions
  • The ability to act as a technical advisor to IT teams and developers, ensuring alignment with architectural standards and best practices
  • Proven experience as a Power Platform Solution Architect, with hands-on expertise in design and delivery
  • In-depth knowledge of Dataverse, PCF, and API integration
  • Proficiency in coding languages such as C#, JavaScript, TypeScript, or Python
  • Experience with Azure services, including Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and App Services
  • Strong understanding of system integration, advanced technologies, and custom development
  • Multitasking, being flexible & paying close attention to detail
  • Working in a highly collaborative team environment
  • Diagnosing and troubleshooting complex CRM issues with creative solutions
  • Resolving client conflicts and/or escalated issues while maintaining composure in a stressful situation
  • Mentoring and guiding junior consultants on best practices/approaches
  • Learning new concepts quickly and thoroughly
  • Promoting the mission and Shared Values of our company

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required in related field or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of technical and architecting experience working with Power Platform and related technologies including but not limited to C#, Azure Cognitive Services, Azure Functions, Azure App Services, SQL, JavaScript, SSIS, SSRS, KingswaySoft
  • 5+ years of experience including expertise in Power Platform or D365 delivery as well as application deployment and/or distributed system implementation
  • Experience with configurations of Dataverse including, but not limited to, forms, workflows, business rules, record security, business process flows Ability to translate requirements into technical architecture for the solution that is scalable, flexible and complies with industry standards
  • Experience mapping requirements from out of the common data model to identify specific needs for customizations
  • Ability to lead and provide best practices and standards guidance to development teams relating to integration, data conversion, and project methodology
  • Understanding of Microsoft Azure cloud computing platform
  • Ability to define, construct, and implement: Solution Testing, Performance Testing, Accessibility Testing, Security Testing, System and Integration Testing
  • Experience in customer-facing consulting roles interacting with IT-leaders, product owners, and business users.
