We are looking for a curious, data-savvy individual with strong analytical skills and business acumen to join our team as an Analyst. In this role, you will work with internal and external stakeholders to deliver actionable insights, manage model application processes, and support the 4P Analytics team in driving measurable business impact.
As an Analyst in our Advanced Analytics team, you will be at the forefront of transforming data into strategic business insights, helping HP make smarter decisions and deliver value to customers and stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have rich experience in building and deploying mix models or managing a category or business directly. You should have a strong curiosity to understand the drivers of business performance and a passion for influencing diverse stakeholders. ---
Role Responsibilities:
· Stakeholder Collaboration: Build and maintain relationships with key internal stakeholders, ensuring a thorough understanding of their needs to provide tailored analytical solutions.
· Insight Development: Analyze data and model output to select key insights and conclusions, developing comprehensive recommendations for optimizing business and financial performance.
· Support Model Application: Work closely with the Data Science team to validate and interpret the outputs of 4P models, ensuring they align with business objectives and provide actionable insights.
· Data Integration: Identify and integrate new data sources that can enhance the models' predictive capabilities and improve overall analytical accuracy.
· Evaluation of Investments: Consult with business leaders on marketing and advertising strategies, evaluating campaigns for return on investment (ROI) and brand impact.
· Deliverable Creation: Prepare and deliver high-quality reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate insights and recommendations effectively.
· Continuous Improvement: Partner with the 4P Analytics team to identify opportunities to refine and improve existing processes, ensuring the highest quality outputs.
Role Requirements:
· Change Agent: Proven ability to influence stakeholders’ behaviors and decision-making through clear, actionable analytics and storytelling. Understands that the power of analytics lies in enabling meaningful, data-driven change. Experience in influencing decisions and driving projects in a complex, matrixed organization is a plus
· Business Acumen: Strong understanding of the 4Ps framework and its application in driving business decisions. Ability to translate analytical outputs into business insights.
· Analytical Thinking: Excellent problem-solving skills with a proven ability to handle complex data sets and derive actionable recommendations.
· Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present insights clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
· Media Mix Knowledge: Familiarity with Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM) and post-campaign evaluation is a plus.
· Collaboration Skills: Demonstrated ability to work in cross-functional teams and build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
· Project Management: Strong organizational skills with experience managing projects and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
· Technical Skills: Proficiency in analytical tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms. Intermediate knowledge of SQL and familiarity with statistical software or programming languages (e.g., Python, R) is a plus.
· Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in advanced analytics, consulting, marketing analytics, or similar fields.
· Education: bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field such as Business Analytics, Data Science, Marketing, Economics, or Statistics.
