Business Analyst (Data Governance Project)

Responsibilities:

• Visualize resource systems, files, and filed information to create internal and external reports.
• Conduct data mapping for downstream systems.
• Monitor task progress on the user side, manage issues and risks, and provide support for their resolution.
• Provide local insights and feedback to project planning in coordination with the Area PM.
• Regularly report on regional progress, challenges, and successes to the Area PM.

Requirements:

• Degree in any field.
• Understanding of downstream data flows for report creation.
• Hands-on experience with MS Access, Excel macros, and UiPath (RPA).
• Experience in the implementation of information systems.
• Experience in the banking industry, either as a bank employee or as a consultant providing services to the banking sector.
• Experience in project implementation from the user side (large projects preferred).
• Experience with AI utilization (expected to consider how to integrate Wiz Chat into the project).
• Willingness to travel within the APAC region to interact with Front-, Middle-, and Back-Office teams to gather necessary requirements.
• High attention to detail, with a commitment to producing high-quality, precise, and comprehensive requirement documentation.
