Job Description

RPA Architect 8 12 years exp

Location: Pune (Balewadi Highstreet, Baner)

Mode of Work: Work from Office (Hybrid- Min 3 days/ week)

The Automation Architect will be accountable for building new automation projects creating prototypes and enhancing and trouble shooting new and deployed bots Tasks Core tasks specification of role

Responsibilities:

• Partner closely with our Intelligent Automation team Process Analyst to translate the customers business requirements
• Define RPA value proposition and solution scope
• Design and maintain Bot architecture for scaling automation
• Design workflow solutions architecture and support estimating the implementation costs for RPA AI chatbots cognitive and document understanding OCR
• Demonstrate in depth experience in Bot development deployment migration and platform administration automation standards and best practices
• Work closely with IT and Automation Architects to assure constant compliance of strategic blueprints and architecture roadmap
• Set up best in class standards and framework for Bot Development Manage Bot migrations to newer version of software and or new infrastructure through meticulous planning

Requirements:

• Total of 8 to 12 years of exp in IT 4 years experience with industry leading RPA tools i e UiPath BluePrism
• Power automate AI ML RPA implementations OCR Conversational AI Chatbots
• At least 4 to 5 years of experience in architecture development deployment and scheduling of RPA AI and IDP solutions
• Must have development experience in Blue Prism and UiPath
• Must have hands on experience in version control tools like SVN Git etc Knowledge of MS SQL Oracle Web services desired
• Experience with Process Mining Data Visualization tools Celonis Pega Desktop Analytics UiPath process mining
• Understanding of infrastructure both on premises as well as cloud based e g VM VDI Azure etc
• Knowledge of Lean process improvement practices
• Define Solution Framework Define Development Support Methodologie
• Build Assets Templates SME for latest Features
• Solution Design in leading RPA tools like UiPath BluePrism

Desired / Preferred

• Mentoring RPA Developer Communities Enablement to Build Artifacts and automation Assets RFP Technical Solutioning Support
• Define Effort Estimation Complexity Models Build Assets Templates Support defining course content for Learning and Development
• Closely work with Delivery Managers and Delivery Team for successful delivery of the engagement as needed
• Assist Pre Sales Account teams for RFP RFC as needed for RPA engagements
• Attend customer facing meetings occasionally as requested by Account Delivery Teams Liase with customer and walk thru each BOT design and solution
• Willing to learn Product Features and new Technologies related to RPA Interfaces
• Which interface contact points are there
• Need to interact with Project Manager Product owner Tech Lead Developers Testers Business SME Client stakeholders

Qualifications

Certification in Digital tools or technologies RPA or Artificial Intelligence or Machine Learning or any other relevant certification such as Agile Scrum Master and Six Sigma certified
