About Us:
Join our dynamic team and be part of a company that values innovation, growth, and dedication. We are looking for a motivated individual who is eager to learn and grow within the Supply Chain Logistics department.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a Logistics Data Analyst / Inventory Management Specialist (m/f/d) to oversee and optimize our inventory management processes. This role is essential to ensuring the accuracy and quality of our inventory across both warehouses, managing deviations, and providing insightful data analysis to support our logistics operations. Additionally, the role involves managing the data analysis pool of the Logistics department, generating reports, and conducting data analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Track stock movements across warehouses and ensure stock accuracy through adjustments and daily alignment.
  • Monitor stock quality and manage deviations between WMS and ERP systems and handle stock management tasks, including blocking, unblocking, root cause analysis, rework, and special allocations.
  • Oversee stock destruction and donation processes.
  • Track and report KPIs for warehouses.
  • Conduct logistics data analysis, provide actionable insights and create data presentations and track ERP system performance.
  • Perform programming, SQL, query creation tasks and utilize Excel and MS Office for various tasks.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Degree in engineering, computer science or related fields
  • Relevant experience of 2-5 years in a similar field.
  • Strong analytical skills, proficiency in programming, SQL, query creation, Excel, MS Office, Dynamic 365, and MicroStrategy.
  • International experience is a plus.
  • A desire to learn and develop in the SCM field as well as strong commitment to the company and it's values.
  • Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus.
