The digital transformation in Swiss Post’s units will continue to progress in coming years. You will play a central role in this, with responsibility for the development of next generation digitization services and the continuous introduction and establishment of associated skills.

How you make a difference

- You have technical responsibility for your area (approx. 10 employees) and develop it in terms of content in collaboration with the Digital Excellence teams in the IT15 unit.

- Promoting innovation and empowering with new technologies is a key focus of your work. You are therefore responsible for the development of future-relevant digitization topics for Swiss Post’s Group units.

- Promoting the adoption of data and AI technologies within the company and identifying the potential of emerging technological possibilities (e.g. multimodal LLM, agent systems, computer vision) are a central part of your team’s work.

- Together with your team, you continuously develop new digitization services (e.g. ML Ops). You bring these to maturity, empower the Digital Excellence teams and ensure a smooth handover of skills and competencies.

- You are also responsible for the further development and implementation of the strategic data & AI strategy in collaboration with your peers in Digital Excellence.

What you have to offer

- In addition to a higher business or technical education, you have a high level of technical understanding in the digitization environment.
- You already have experience in the digitization environment, IT strategy and data strategy, as well as in the control environment.
- You have leadership experience in a digital environment and are familiar with modern management and control tools (agile methods, interdisciplinary teams, OKR, etc.). - You also strike the right balance between entrepreneur, coach and networker.

- You have methodological expertise in the value and user-centric design of solutions and you have experience in the further development of MLOps capabilities and standards and in the successful management of digital transformations and the use of new technologies.
- You are ambitious, assertive and determined, with excellent communication skills at all levels along with knowledge of the interface between business and IT.
- You have a very good command of German, French or Italian plus English.
