Role Overview:
We are looking for a skilled data analyst to join our Analytics and Insights group within the Enterprise Strategy team, reporting to the VP of Insights and Analytics. This new team is charged with answering high-impact questions and delivering data-driven insights to drive critical business decisions, as well as partnering with our Technology team to define and execute our enterprise-wide data strategy. This role is highly cross-functional, with an emphasis on collaboration with stakeholders across multiple business units including Clinical, Operations, Marketing, and Technology. The ideal candidate will blend technically sound analysis and data storytelling skills, strong stakeholder management and communication, and data product thinking to deliver clear insights and help advance our organizational data strategy to improve operational efficiency and quality of patient care.

Compensation: $100,000.00 - 126,000.00/annually, with annual bonus potential
Essential Functions:
Lead cross-functional projects by understanding complex business needs, translating them into strategic data initiatives, performing data analysis, and delivering clear, actionable insights
Drive results independently by eliciting requirements, prioritizing deliverables, and delivering data solutions with an agile, iterative approach
Perform strategic exploratory data analysis to assess feasibility and guide project scope based on data capabilities and limitations
Execute sophisticated data analysis on patient engagement, clinical outcomes, and clinical practice patterns, delivering related insights to non-technical stakeholders to inform high-impact business decisions
Independently solve complex data management issues to prepare data for analysis and reporting using business intelligence platforms or other tools
Design and create interactive dashboards to monitor enterprise KPIs and facilitate data-driven decision-making
Identify gaps and opportunities in data quality, usability, and reliability, and lead cross-functional efforts to improve data quality issues
Lead collaborative partnerships with product and data engineering teams to develop our enterprise data, ensuring alignment with strategic goals
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years (or Master’s degree with 5+ years) of experience in data analysis, data science, or business intelligence
2+ years of experience using enterprise business intelligence platforms (eg, PowerBI, Tableau, Looker) to analyze data and create data visualizations
2+ years of experience leading cross-functional analytics initiatives and managing stakeholder relationships to drive impactful results
Demonstrated ability to work independently, using strategic thinking to solve complex problems and influence business outcomes through actionable insights
Proficient in SQL, with expertise in querying and transforming large datasets (at least millions of rows) for efficient analysis and reporting
Experience transforming raw, large datasets into analysis-ready formats using best practices for data modeling and transformation
Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s degree in data analysis, business intelligence analysis, health analytics, or a related field
Expertise in PowerBI and/or Microsoft Fabric, with a focus on analytics use cases
Healthcare sector experience working with raw data sources such as electronic health record or claims
Proven ability to collaborate with data engineering teams to define, structure, and implement enterprise-level data models and pipelines
Experience mentoring and guiding junior analysts or leading small teams on analytics projects
