Scaled Solutions and Insights Data Analyst

We're on the lookout for a Scaled Solutions and Insights Data Analyst to join our vibrant team!  Our mission? To empower the Operations Service Center stakeholders with cutting-edge data products and technical solutions, enabling them to gain deeper insights and intelligence that drive business success in line with our core priorities and strategic plans.

In this role, you'll need to be a pro at managing business changes, evolving requirements, strategic shifts, and emerging technologies. Agility and flexibility are key, but so are proficiency and discipline. Responsibilities

• Business and Data Landscape: Applies in-depth knowledge of business and data landscape to support data sourcing and integration decisions. 
• Customer/Stakeholder Orientation: Focuses on understanding customer/stakeholder needs and delivering tailored solutions. 

• Expertise in Data: Identifies and leverages data across sources, ensuring data quality and integration. 

• Data Analysis: Evaluates and determines analytical techniques to address business questions and provides actionable recommendations. 

• Reporting and Sharing Results: Shares insights through various means to inform business decisions and improve reporting efficiency. 

• Experimentation and Innovation: Supports and consults on experiments to evaluate new features or processes and makes data-driven recommendations. 

• Improvement and Efficiency: Promotes methods that create efficiency in analytics and reporting, ensuring data is readily discoverable and interpretable. 

• Model Evaluation: Links analytical models to business objectives and ensures alignment with stakeholder definitions and standards. 

• Orchestration and Collaboration: Ensures alignment and quality execution of data sourcing and analysis practices across teams. 

• Data Privacy and Governance: Maintains expertise in data privacy requirements and enforces standards related to bias, privacy, and ethics.

Qualifications

Required/Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Economics or related field AND 4+ years experience in data analysis and reporting, data science, business intelligence, or business and financial analysis
  • OR Master's Degree in Mathematics, Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Economics or related field AND 2+ years experience in data analysis and reporting, data science, business intelligence, or business and financial analysis
  • OR equivalent experience.

Additional or Preferred Qualifications 

• 6+ years experience in data analysis and reporting, data science, business intelligence, or business and financial analysis 
  • OR Master's Degree in Mathematics, Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Economics or related field AND 4+ years experience in data analysis and reporting, data science, business intelligence, or business and financial analysis
