DevOps Engineer (AI-Driven Automation)

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage robust CI/CD pipelines to ensure efficient, reliable, and secure deployments.
• Leverage AI and machine learning to identify bottlenecks, predict failures, and optimize build and deployment processes.
• Develop and maintain infrastructure-as-code (IaC) scripts using tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible.
• Implement AI-driven solutions for self-healing infrastructure, anomaly detection, and intelligent scaling.
• Utilize AI-powered monitoring tools to predict and preempt system failures.
• Streamline incident response with automated root cause analysis and remediation workflows.
• Work closely with development, QA, and security teams to embed AI-driven automation into all stages of the software lifecycle.
• Document deployment workflows, automation processes, and AI/ML implementations for cross-team transparency.
• Explore and implement emerging AI technologies to enhance operational efficiency and system reliability.
• Provide insights and recommendations for improving DevOps practices using data-driven approaches.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
• 3 - 5 years of experience in DevOps and Cloud Architecture.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, CircleCI, or ArgoCD.
• Proficiency with containerization tools such as Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and associated services.
• Familiarity with AI-powered tools for DevOps, such as Harness, Dynatrace, or Datadog AI.
• Understanding of AI/ML models and their applications in deployment pipelines and monitoring.
• Expertise in scripting languages like Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Experience with IaC tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or Pulumi.
• Knowledge of configuration management tools such as Ansible, Chef, or Puppet.
• Analytical mindset to diagnose and resolve system issues proactively.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) or DevOps methodologies.
• Experience in building AI/ML pipelines for DevOps workflows.
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git and branching strategies.
• Knowledge of security best practices in DevOps pipelines.
