Get to Know the Team

Grab For Business is the B2B SaaS product line within Grab that helps simplify business transportation, corporate food, and package deliveries for thousands of companies across Southeast Asia, from large enterprises to SMBs. We will work with country commercial leaders, sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure maximum revenue .

Get to Know the Role 

We are looking for an Assistant Manager, Demand Planning to lead commercial insights and regional demand planning for Grab For Business, including solutions like Grab Gifts. You will focus on deep-diving into the commercials of different solutions to identify opportunities, enhance farming efforts, and increase employee reach among clients. You will be a mix of 60% regional work and 40% tailored focus on Vietnam (VN) and Indonesia (ID).

You will report to the Senior Manager, GFB Demand Planning and Grab Gifts.

You will work onsite at Ho Chi Minh City.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

1. Commercial Optimization Analyze GrabForBusiness solutions (e.g., GrabGifts) to increase revenue and profitability.
2. Regional Demand Planning (60%) Develop strategies to expand client engagement and employee usage. Align with regional goals and provide data-driven insights to support scalable projects.
3. Market-Specific Focus (40% - Vietnam & Indonesia) Conduct tailored analyses and collaborate with local teams to boost employee usage, transaction frequency, and GMV. Ensure agreement on regional strategies.
4. Strategic Insights Analyze main trends, partner with teams to implement strategies, and provide regular reports with recommendations.

Qualifications

What Essential Skills You Will Need

• Experience in 3–5 years in analytics, demand planning, employee engagement, or related fields. Regional experience in Southeast Asia, especially Vietnam and Indonesia.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Economics, or related disciplines.
• Fluent in Vietnamese (written and spoken) for market-specific programs in Vietnam.
• Proficient in English for regional collaboration and reporting.
• Proficient in data analysis tools (SQL, Python, Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets)).
• 3+ years of experience with data visualization tools (Power BI).
• Experience improving user engagement, transaction behavior, or GMV growth.
• Partner management and collaboration across regions.
