Asia Pacific - Data Analyst Intern

MAIN PURPOSE

Assist with the Data cleansing activities required to ensure the integrity of DATA in the SAP system used by the different Markets in APAC which include Singapore, Vietnam, Taiwan, Malaysia, Indonesia, Korea and Philippines

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Be part of Data cleansing activities as a key part of the overall data management process in our SAP System
• Extract the required Data from the source systems and convert to Excel format to enable the Affiliates to review and correct the data.
• Create excel lookups and Pivot table on the data extracted to facilitate the activities required.
• Review, analyze & detect potential issues with the integrity of the data.
• Work with Affiliates which include Singapore, Vietnam, Taiwan, Malaysia, Indonesia, Korea and Philippines to guide them on the data cleansing activities required.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proficient in MS Office (MS Excel, in particular).
• Able to work well with others.
• Good verbal communication skills
• Able to work on own initiative with guidance.
• Enthusiastic & Eager to learn.
