Job Title - Power BI Developer

Location - Bangalore (Must work from Office)

Shift - US Shift (3 PM - 12 AM IST)

Logistics - Cabs and Food are provided

Role Summary:

• We are looking for a talented Power BI Developer to join our growing analytics team.
• The ideal candidate will have a passion for data visualization, a deep understanding of business intelligence (BI), and the ability to design and build interactive dashboards and reports that provide valuable insights to stakeholders. 
• While the primary focus will be on Power BI, proficiency in tools like Python, Power Automate, and Power Apps will be a significant plus.

Required Skills:

• Strong experience with Power BI, including Power Query, DAX, and data modelling.
• Ability to translate business requirements into meaningful and visually compelling reports.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail.
• Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards to support business decision-making and performance tracking.
• Design and implement data models and DAX queries to support complex reporting needs.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into meaningful visualizations and analytics solutions.
• Optimize and maintain existing Power BI reports, ensuring they remain scalable, performant, and user-friendly.
• Provide ongoing support and training to end-users to maximize their use of Power BI tools and insights.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy by validating data sources and models.
