Role Overview:

We are looking for a Senior Manager, Business Intelligence to join our team. The Senior Manager will lead the data analysis efforts, providing insights and recommendations to drive business decisions and improve operational efficiency.

What You Will Do:

• Develop and implement data analysis strategies to support business objectives and decision-making processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, product, and operations, to understand data needs and provide actionable insights.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
• Create and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity by implementing best practices in data management and analysis.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
• Drive continuous improvement in data analysis processes and methodologies.

Basic Qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience in data analysis, with a focus on e-commerce or related industry.
• Proven track record of leading and managing high-performing data analysis teams.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and platforms such as SQL, Python, R, and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a senior manager-level role within an e-commerce marketplace.
• Familiarity with big data technologies and cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
• Fluency in business English.
