As a Specialist QA Engineer, you will ensure the delivery of a highly reliable and intelligent Contact Center Copilot solution by leading quality assurance strategies across AI-driven and LLM-based functionalities. Leveraging your expertise in testing frameworks, automation, and AI validation techniques, you will establish robust QA processes that ensure every feature is both scalable and secure. Your role will also involve mentoring team members, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to the product’s overall excellence.
How will you make an impact?
- Design and implement comprehensive test strategies for AI-powered systems.
- Develop and maintain automated test frameworks for APIs, integrations, and workflows.
- Validate the performance and accuracy of LLMs in real-world scenarios.
- Create test cases to ensure the robustness of prompts and fine-tuned AI models.
- Lead end-to-end testing efforts for bot functionality and CRM integrations.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure testability and adherence to quality standards.
- Use advanced tools to automate regression, performance, and stress testing.
- Ensure cloud-based deployments meet reliability and performance benchmarks.
- Verify containerized solutions built on Docker and Kubernetes.
- Establish monitoring and alerting mechanisms for quality assurance in production.
- Provide leadership in identifying and resolving critical production bugs.
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to ensure CI/CD pipelines include effective QA steps.
- Implement NLU validation frameworks for intent and entity extraction.
- Drive exploratory and usability testing to optimize user experience.
- Stay updated on advancements in QA for AI/ML and implement best practices.
- Mentor junior QA engineers and foster a culture of quality across teams.
Have you got what it takes?
- BS or MS in Computer Science or related degree
- 8-11 years of QA experience with a strong focus on AI/ML systems and applications.
- Expertise in testing APIs, webhooks, and integrations with CRM platforms.
- Advanced skills in test automation tools such as Selenium, TestNG, or similar.
- Strong understanding of LLMs and their applications in product workflows.
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for QA.
- Familiarity with containerized deployments using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Hands-on experience with performance and stress testing tools like JMeter.
- Proficiency in CI/CD pipeline integrations for automated testing.
- Understanding of NLU validation techniques and conversational AI workflows.
- Proven ability to create and maintain robust knowledge graphs for testing.
- Strong analytical skills for debugging and identifying root causes of failures.
- Excellent collaboration skills to work across development and DevOps teams.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality, reliable software products.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
- Passion for AI and the ability to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Effective mentorship and leadership abilities.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
