Reporting to the Director of GTM Analytics & Data Quality, the Manager of GTM App Engineering will develop data-driven applications, machine learning models, and scalable solutions to support GTM teams. Leveraging the Databricks platform, responsibilities include building analytics tools, predictive models, reporting pipelines, and delivering insights to drive business outcomes.

This role requires technical expertise, project management skills, and the ability to collaborate with GTM stakeholders and analytics teams. Proficiency in systems like Salesforce, HG Insights, and ZoomInfo, and a strong understanding of the Databricks ecosystem, are essential to ensure seamless data integration and impactful solutions.

The impact you will have: 

• Build: You will develop analytic solutions including apps, alerting systems, dashboards, tables, analyses, and models that will be used by thousands of employees in the field (technical and non-technical sales) as well as leaders across the globe
• Project Manage: You will both manage the requirements gathering and lead execution of strategic analytic projects
• Relationships: You will build and manage relationships with stakeholders across the company but primarily with the GTM strategy and operations team
• Use Databricks: You will work everyday with a variety of data using Databricks’ Data Intelligence Platform

What we look for:

• You have 4+ years of experience working as a Data Scientist / Data Engineer with B2B sales, marketing, or finance data.
• You are technical and fluent in data. You have intermediate to advanced knowledge of different visualization tools (Streamlit, Gradio, Databricks AI/BI), Python and SQL. You have experience with Salesforce and experience with Databricks (or equivalent technologies).
• You have a passion and eye for data, visualization, and UX. You enjoy building dashboards and analyses in order to derive actionable insights from data. Although we focus first on accuracy and integrity of the data, you enjoy going further because you care about the user experience and eventual impact of the tools you build.
• You thrive in partnership with the business. You understand how the business works and how your work impacts the wider GTM team. You seek to understand the “why” behind the requests that you receive and create innovative solutions for business problems.
• You excel in a collaborative environment. You translate team member needs into clear tasks and deliverables for contributors. You work through dependencies, bottlenecks, and tradeoffs with ease. You have a service-oriented mindset. You are curious, creative, and kind.

 

Pay Range Transparency

Databricks is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The pay range(s) for this role is listed below and represents base salary range for non-commissionable roles or on-target earnings for commissionable roles.  Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, depth of experience, relevant certifications and training, and specific work location. Based on the factors above, Databricks utilizes the full width of the range. The total compensation package for this position may also include eligibility for annual performance bonus, equity, and the benefits listed above. Zone 1 Pay Range$122,100—$216,000 USD
