The Data Analyst, HR Operations—Talent will work in partnership with the HR Operations team supporting the Talent Center of Expertise (CoE)
The ideal candidate will have exposure to Talent systems and processes, understanding phases of the evaluation and potential review cycles.

Duties and Accountabilities1· Collect, process, and analyze data from various sources to support business objectives.
· Utilize advanced Excel skills to create complex formulas, pivot tables, data visualizations. and to perform data audits to ensure the accuracy and integrity of data.
· Assist in data cleaning and preparation tasks to ensure data quality.
· Create presentations using MS PowerPoint to communicate findings and insights to stakeholders.
· Collaborate with team members to identify trends and patterns in data.
· Support the development of data-driven strategies and initiatives.
Qualifications
· 2- 4 years of experience using data analysis and presentation tools
· Experience working in a mid/large scale organization with global reach.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions such as VLOOKUP, COUNTIFS, PivotTables, and data visualization tools.
· Moderate skills in Microsoft PowerPoint for creating professional presentations.
· Basic understanding of data audit principles and practices.
· Strong organizational skills, attention to detail analyzing data, and ability to work quickly and efficiently, prioritizing a varied workload with multiple stakeholders and shifting demands.
· Strong problem-solving skills, process-driven mindset, resourcefulness, flexibility and ability to handle multiple projects
· Stakeholder engagement skills and ability to manage expectations by understanding stakeholder needs, determining alternatives to meet requirements and communicating appropriately.
· Excellent verbal and written communication as well as receptive listening skills, with ability to present complex ideas in a clear, concise fashion to technical and non-technical audiences, at all levels.
· Accountable team player with a constructive attitude, problem-solving and customer success mindset able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with a geographically dispersed team.
· High degree of confidentiality needed.
