Role Purpose The role is responsible for implementing strategies & policies to ensure portfolio growth, tracking delinquencies are within benchmarks  together with supporting implementation of new campaigns to achive organization goals.  Role Accountabilities 1. Conduct analysis for offering encash & CLI to low and marginal risk segments, which act as an NEA builder for the portfolio
2. Ensure effective Utilization of data from other bureaus to offer encash to customers
3. Track & monitor portfolio performance and propose corrective actions to maintain the portfolio delinquency within benchmark rates
4. Identify opportunity or stress segments in the portfolio and suggest appropriate actions(+ve and -ve actions) 
5. Propose segments to optimize the x-sell coverage of the portfolio
6. Develop portfolio Performance dashboard on time on a monthly basis 
7. Review transaction declines daily and highlight the gaps and abnormal pattern
8. Support implementation of all regulatory guidelines and network enhancements
9. Deploy AI /ML /Authomation techniques in business processes to enhance process efficiency and  customer experience
10. Execute exit process of all secured cards with partner banks
11. Conduct data analytics, modelling and segmentation for portfolio management
12. Conduct end to end daily review of transaction declines, maximize authorization rate and propose extended authorization strategy across portfolio segments 
13. Support management of existing relationships and future implementation of any new card network - Visa/Mastercard/Rupay/Amex/JCB Measures of Success(Define the Outcomes expected of the role) 1. Ensuring successful execution of portfolio strategies as per agreed plan
2. Timely tracking of authorization success rate to ensure staying within defined benchmarks
3. Timely creation and monitoring of portolio metrics Techinical Skills / Experience / Certification (If any) 1. Knowledge of Data Analytic & Modelling
2. Basic understanding of the cards business dynamics that will drive the analysis
3. Knowledge of data analytics and system tools such as SAS,TRIAD,V+,Python
4. Knowledge of Card networks, Access Control System (ACS), payment processing and regulatory environment
5. Process Adherence as per MOU Competencies critical for role with High Proficiency Written and verbal Communication
