Manager- Data Analytics (Standards QA & Ops Safety)

We are looking for an experienced person in the role of Manager - Data Analytics. In this role, you will be responsible for driving data-driven analysis and various flight parameters and providing strategic insights to senior leadership. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in data analysis, a strong leadership presence. Work experience in the aviation industry shall be beneficial.

Education Qualification: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or Engineering.

Extensive experience in data analysis, preferably in the aviation industry or a related field.
Expertise in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, R, or Excel.

Job Description: -

Lead and oversee the data analysis function in the department and providing strategic insights, direction and guidance. 

Develop and implement data analysis strategies and initiatives to meet pre-defined KPI’s. 

Conduct advanced data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement. Create dashboards that represent data in an intuitive manner helping draw key insight

Collaborate with stakeholders to define data analysis requirements and deliver actionable insights through comprehensive reports and visualizations.

Drive the development and enhancement of data analysis tools, systems, and methodologies to streamline processes and improve data-driven decision-making. Knowledge on Machine Learning, Cluster Algorithms will be beneficial

Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data analysis and aviation operations.

Present data analysis findings, strategic recommendations, and business insights to senior management and key stakeholders.

Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the data analysis function.

Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven strategies and initiatives to optimize flight operations.

Additional Skills Required

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with large datasets.
Comprehensive understanding of statistical analysis techniques and methodologies.
