CLA is currently seeking a Data Governance Lead to join our growing Enterprise IT Team. This role oversees data governance initiatives and ensures data quality and compliance. 

How you’ll create opportunities in this Data Governance Lead role:

  • Execute a comprehensive data governance strategy aligned with firm goals.
  • Enforce data governance policies, standards, and procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and leadership to integrate data governance into business processes.
  • Oversee data governance projects and initiatives.
  • Ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance across the firm.
  • Drive continuous improvement in data governance practices and tools.
  • Lead and mentor a team of data governance professionals and provide strategic direction.

What you will need:

  • 5 years relevant experience required.
  • Experience in data governance or data management preferred.
  • ·Bachelor's degree or a combination of relevant experience, education, and training may be accepted in lieu of degree.

Technical Competencies

  • Familiarity with data governance tools and technologies.
  • Knowledge of privacy and security regulations and their impact on data governance.
  • Proficiency in data modeling, crosswalks, and mappings.
  • Strong understanding of data governance principles, policies, and best practices.
