Reporting to the Senior Vice President Enterprise Data, the Director, Data Integrations will be an evangelist and change agent to drive GLG’s modernization and digital transformation. This individual will partner closely with senior stakeholders to set a vision and collaborate with our Engineering team to pioneer and implement best-in-class tools, strategies & processes to foster a high-growth, scalable, data driven organization.
Specific responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
· Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for enterprise data integration, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and driving data-driven decision-making.
· Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of data integration specialists, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
· System Integration Oversight: Oversee the design, development, and implementation of data integration processes and solutions, ensuring seamless integration of internal and external systems.
· Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams, including IT, analytics, and business units, to understand data needs and deliver scalable and efficient integration solutions.
· Quality Assurance and Compliance: Establish and enforce data integration best practices, ensuring data integrity, security, and compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
An ideal candidate will have the following:
· Extensive Experience: Proven track record of 8+ years in data integration, system architecture, or related fields, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
· Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of integration platforms, APIs, ETL processes, and enterprise data management tools (e.g., Workato, Airflow, MuleSoft, or Talend).
· ERP and CRM Implementation Experience: Extensive hands-on experience with implementing and managing ERP and CRM systems, specifically Workday and Salesforce (SFDC). This includes leading end-to-end implementation projects, customizing and configuring the systems to meet business needs, integrating them with other enterprise applications, and ensuring seamless data flow across platforms. Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues, optimize system performance, and provide training and support to end-users. Demonstrated success in driving adoption and maximizing the value of these systems within an organization
· Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and manage diverse teams, foster collaboration, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
· Strategic Mindset: Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a focus on scalability, efficiency, and innovation in data integration.
· Stakeholder Engagement: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
· Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Data Science, or a related field; a Master’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred.

Compensation: GLG is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Actual compensation is based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. Certain roles may also be eligible for incentive compensation.
