The PI HyperPersonalization CDAO team is at the center of the AI Ambition and Personal Investor distribution strategy efforts, with an offer set that spans across the prioritization, designing and delivering of Next Best Action providers that will be center of our decisioning, experiments, measurement, advanced analytics, and data storytelling to deliver on client-alpha focused outcomes.

In this role you will be prioritizing and directing a team of data scientists and machine learning engineers that are responsible for the delivery of AI/ML solutions to enable client alpha and growth for the Personal Investor business through Personal Investor HyperPersonalization.  You will be accountable for delivering value to our end users by deepening our relationship, informing, and consulting with the Sales, Marketing and CX leadership on their strategy priorities and delivering actionable products to enable data-driven decision. Identifies topics and assigns staffing for research, analyses, consultation, and presentation. Contributes actively during department-level and individual business-level strategic planning by explaining data-driven observations.

  • Deep AI/ML knowledge and development lifecycle
  • Fluency across sales, personal advice, data infrastructure and performance measurement
  • Experience in building strong relationships with senior business partners
  • Track record of successful leadership and maturing teams while working through ambiguity

Core Responsibilities

1. Leads product management activities for multiple products, or one strategic product, with cross-divisional impact. Participates in the design and continuous improvement of AI/ML technical solutions.

2. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to create best practices that drive significant change to the client experience.

3. Coaches technical product teams towards best practices and learnings. Ensures delivery of messaging, communication, and customer outreach as necessary.

4. Partners with stakeholders to promote a consistent approach to decisions/impacts and client propositions. Supports connection across all appropriate internal and external stakeholders.

5. Leads the planning, development and implementation of new AI/ML technical products. Defines and analyzes AI/ML markets, developing detailed product features and requirements, and developing implementation plans

6. Employs a variety of qualitative and quantitative analysis techniques to continually improve the user experience.

7. Participates in and provides recommendations for ongoing business planning and departmental prioritization activities.

8. Participates in the team’s engineering practices in development, continuous integration, and automated deployment.

9. Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
 

Qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience required. Graduate degree preferred.
  • Minimum of five years related business experience, with at least three years of technical project management experience.
