CLA is growing and seeking to hire an experienced Data Architect Senior to join our talented Information Technology team. The position offers growth, flexibility and a collaborative work environment.

In this position you should have the following; excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels. Strong problem solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment. Most important, demonstrate a high level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.

This role will lead designing, creating, deploying, and managing the company's data architecture. They will define how the data will be stored, consumed, integrated, and managed by different data entities and IT systems, as well as any applications using or processing that data in some way.

How you’ll create opportunities in this Data Architect Senior role:

• Design and develop scalable data architecture solutions.

• Lead data integration and migration projects.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

• Ensure data quality, integrity, and security.

• Responsible for creation and maintenance of formal description of the data and data structures, including data models, data flow diagrams, and data dictionaries.

• Provide training to junior members of the team and act as a point of escalation for complex questions and issues.

What you will need:

  • 5 years of relevant experience required.
    • Experience with data architecture, data modeling, and database design preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree or a combination of relevant experience and training may be considered in lieu of a degree.
