Position Summary:

Reporting to the Sr. Director,  Revenue Operations, the Data Analyst, Revenue Operations is responsible for producing data analysis and insights to help accelerate revenue growth. Working closely with the broader Revenue Operations and Go to Market leadership team, you will be responsible for identifying trends, patterns, and insights that will track performance and inform strategic decision-making. 

What you’ll be doing:

  • Develop Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success funnel reporting
  • Produce regular Bookings Performance, Win Rate, Deal Cycle, and Pipeline Forecast reporting
  • Produce ongoing Win/Loss and Churn Analysis
  • Collect, clean, and interpret data from multiple sources, including sales performance, customer engagement, and market trends
  • Develop and foster a culture of data literacy and Data-Driven decision-making
  • Support the preparation of Leadership, Executive, and Board analysis and presentations
  • Support the development of bookings, expansion, and retention targets by segment and region
  • Work with our Revenue Systems and Revenue Process teams to identify areas for better data hygiene and accuracy
  • Develop Quota Planning and Commissions Structures, and calculate monthly and quarterly performance 
  • Build a partnership with the Finance to align on company Revenue performance and tracking

You have:

  • A bachelor's degree in a related field such as business, economics, statistics, or computer science is required. Advanced degrees or certifications in data analytics or a related discipline can be advantageous
  • Proficient working in Google Workspace, and Microsoft Excel
  • Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as SQL, Python, R, Tableau, and/or Power BI
  • Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud report and dashboard builder
  • Familiarity with SaaS and Go to Market KPIs and Metrics
  • Possess a strong analytical skill set, including proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies
  • A deep understanding of statistical analysis, data visualization, and the ability to translate complex data sets into clear, actionable insights
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to collaborate, align and communicate
  • Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills
  • Additional nice to haves: experience with our broader GTM tech stack, including Marketo, Salesloft, Dealhub, Gong, and Lean Data


 

Pay Transparency (Vancouver)

We take a market-based and data-driven approach to compensation. We leverage data from trusted third-party compensation sources to help us understand the market value of a role based on function, level, location, and scope. 

Please view the base salary range for this role below. The range listed is our expected compensation for the role. However, the pay offered may vary depending on a variety of factors including qualifications, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.

Annual Salary$80,000—$100,000 CAD
