Join us to achieve your narrative around crypto.     As a graduate Data Analyst, you will be supporting our various business teams through analysis and interpretation of complex data sets and coming up with solutions and recommendations to drive business strategies and growth.   What You’ll Be Doing

• Complete data requests from growth and global business teams, and optimize cooperation flow with stakeholders;
• Be responsible for monitoring core metrics regularly and positively, conducting root cause analyses and cooperating with cross functional stakeholders on recommendations and solutions;
• Improve data quality, and improve data efficiency through automation

What We Look For In You

• Bachelor degree or above 
• Proficiency in speaking, reading and writing in both English and Mandarin to collaborate effectively with global and cross-functional team members.
• Proficient in using sql/python
• Finance / Mathematics / statistics / data analysis or computer related major is preferred;
• Internship experience in business analysis is preferred; Internship experience in competitor company is preferred;
• Good problem finding / solving skills, high data sensitivity, able to complete data analysis and provide solutions from the perspective of how to guide the business;
• Interested in the digital currency / blockchain industry and participated in it to a certain extent, including but not limited to relevant work experience
