Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of the organization's data architecture.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data requirements and objectives.
• Develop and implement data models, database designs, and data migration strategies.
• Define and enforce data standards, best practices, and governance policies.
• Evaluate and select appropriate database technologies and tools.
• Ensure the security, privacy, and compliance of data solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data systems with applications.
• Stay updated on emerging data technologies, trends, and industry best practices.
• Provide guidance on data management, data quality, and data lifecycle management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Data Architect or in a similar senior data role.
• Strong understanding of data architecture principles and practices.
• Proficiency in database design, data modeling, and data integration.
• Experience with both relational and non-relational databases.
• Knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance standards.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Familiarity with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and solutions.
• Expertise in data visualization tools and techniques.
• Previous experience with master data management (MDM).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
