What will your typical day look like?

The KX platform uses many different technologies including Machine Learning and Generative AI to help hundreds of thousands of Deloitte Employees across the globe access intellectual property, locate expertise and share their knowledge. This role will work closely with our stakeholders, fellow team members in the KX products team and our development team colleagues. 

As a AI Search Optimization Manager, you will be responsible for defining the methods and dashboards for gathering input from multiple data sources for the KX team’s Generative AI applications and search functions. 

You will lead a team of analysts in reviewing the data gathered to recommending actions to be taken to improve KX Search and GenAI applications in terms of relevancy improvements, new features, improved system prompts, data improvement, content optimization, better communications, etc. resulting in higher user satisfaction and reduced risk of inaccurate or incomplete results. 

Also responsible for identifying examples of the value delivered by the products that can be disseminated to encourage broader usage.

Global CoRe provides seven fundamental services to Deloitte around the world: knowledge services, creative services, contact center, data management assessment services, data protection, procurement, and real estate. We develop new and innovative ways to improve how these services are delivered across the organization, leveraging our global scope and strength to serve our organization within and across borders.

 

Enough about us, let’s talk about you

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience performing data engineering (e.g., profiling, cleansing, normalization, manipulation) and data analysis leveraging relevant tools (e.g., SQL, R, Python, Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, and Seaborn)
  • 5+ years of experience with data query and data manipulation tools
  • 5+ years of experience developing reporting and dashboarding in Business Intelligence Tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI, Qlik or similar)
  • Familiarity with web analytics
  • Experience with operationalizing improvement processes derived from data-based insights
  • Strong understanding of machine learning concepts: supervised and unsupervised learning, regression, classification, clustering, and neural networks
  • Experience with how data analysis can be used to improve software products
  • Some knowledge of knowledge management and content management tools desirable but not required
  • Experience and comfort working in virtual teams
  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Math, Business Analytics, IT or relevant field

Total Rewards


The salary range for this position is $85,000 - $156,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
