Senior Marketing Research & Data Specialist

Angkas’ mission is to eradicate poverty in the Philippines by providing opportunities for its bikers to create a source of livelihood that impacts their family and their communities. 

The Senior Marketing Research & Data Specialist, will play a crucial role in setting up the foundations in making this happen from understanding internal intricacies of what influences demand to scoping external insights to influence marketing projects.

What you’ll be doing:

• Managing marketing data, analysis, and insights. 
• Understand demand=supply relationship & customer funnel, and arrive at recommendations and insights to influence both. 
• Help the marketing team make data-driven decisions.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures
• Achieve or exceed targets and key objectives assigned by your Immediate Superior
• Accept other associated responsibilities and projects as the need arises.

Requirements

• Bachelors in Marketing, Economics, Research, Statistics, Math
• 2-3 years of related working experience 
• SQL, Excel, PowerPoint
• Can manage cross-functional stakeholders well 
• Knows how to transform data to a story
