Job Description

Reporting to the Head of SEEK Volunteer, this role will be the master data and reporting champion for SEEK Volunteer. You will improve the quality of data and analysis and help advance the situational awareness and performance of the business.

You will use your experience to present insights from the internal data and also relevant external data sources to provide combined insights that help advance the business. As part of a small team, the role also play a critical role in helping to set business strategy based on quality data and insights.

Key responsibilities

  • Regular reporting – contribute key metrics and extract insights that help to create situational awareness for the business
  • Building new and continuously improve reporting dashboards
  • Become an expert in the systems the team needs to capture and monitor performance including but not limited to Tableau, Amplitude and Microsoft Clarity
  • Execute and capture customer insights from always-on surveys (eg. NPS and Placement survey) 
  • Work with the Senior Manager, SEEK Volunteer to understand existing and new products and establish metrics monitoring accordingly
  • Establish relationships across the business with SEEKers in similar roles or using the same technology systems, to learn and continuously improve data and reporting processes.

Qualifications

  • Well developed conceptual reasoning capabilities and problem solving skills with proven ability to use strategic frameworks
  • Experience communicating data clearly via dashboards or similar
  • Technical experience using Tableau, MS Clarity, Amplitude and/or Qualtrics would be advantageous
  • Experience in a similar analytical role or role with analytics as a significant component
  • Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
  • A self driven learner who likes to problem solve and has the confidence to approach colleagues/stakeholders for advice/help.
