As a Data Analyst at Spreetail, you will play a pivotal role in transforming complex data into actionable insights, enabling business leaders to make informed decisions. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, including supply chain, order and inventory management, and platform services, to drive efficiency and performance across our operations. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional passionate about analytics, business optimization, and continuous improvement.

How you will achieve success in this role:

  • Analyze operational, sales, and inventory data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for growth or optimization.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI to provide visibility into KPIs and operational metrics.
  • Perform SKU analysis and create actionable strategies to optimize product availability and reduce waste.
  • Collaborate with supply chain teams to enhance forecasting, inventory planning, and order fulfillment processes.
  • Partner with business leaders to support market research, pricing strategies, and vendor performance analytics.
  • Assist in automating recurring analytical tasks to improve efficiency and consistency in reporting.
  • Conduct ad hoc analyses to answer strategic questions and support key business initiatives.


What experiences will help you in this role:

  • Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Strong experience with SQL for querying and managing datasets.
  • Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
  • Experience in programming languages like Python or R for data analysis and automation.
  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
