Title: Consultant / Sr. Consultant, DQ Engineers

Years of Experience: 4 to 8 years

Requirements

Key Responsibilities include:

• Hands-on working knowledge on Attacama Data Quality tool. Strong knowledge of data quality - DQ dimensions, dq scoring, how to build DQ rules from business rules

• Database Management: Proficiency in working with SQL and NoSQL databases like Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB12.

• Ability to integrate with data systems - REST API, SFTP, SAS tokens for Cloud storage accounts- AWS S3/ADLS/BLOB, Data warehouses-RedShift/AzureSynapse/Snowflake

• ETL Processes: Thorough knowledge of Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes and tools to integrate and transform data from various sources.

• Big Data Technologies: Familiarity with big data technologies like Hadoop and Spark for handling large datasets.

• Programming Languages: Proficiency in SQL and atleast one programming languages such as Python for data manipulation and analysis

• Data Analysis: Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data sets and identify patterns and relationships.

• Familiarity with one industry - Life Sciences/Pharma or Banking or Insurance etc

• Critical Thinking: Ability to think critically and solve problems related to data structure and integrity.

• Communication: Clear communication skills to explain data quality rules and findings to non-technical stakeholders.

• Collaboration: Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams including data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders.

• Data Governance: Understanding of data governance principles to ensure data quality and compliance.

Good to have skillset

• Data Visualization: Ability to create visualization on tools like Tableau or Power BI to present data quality insights effectively will be an added bonus.
