Department Overview

The B2B Business Planning Department you will be assigned is a corporate organization that brings together cross-business divisions such as corporate planning, HR, general affairs, accounting, and legal affairs under the direct control of the vice president.

Based on the company-wide strategy, we plan and execute measures that involve executives, measure effects, and formulate improvement measures.

Using your experience, we can be involved in the business from the upstream process to execution.

Position:

Why We Hire

We are looking for someone who can support data-driven decision making and promote business process optimization with a mission to contribute to the efficiency and sophistication of our corporate marketing operations by utilizing transaction data with corporate clients across the Group.

Specifically, you will define the business goals beyond data utilization, obtain consensus from stakeholders including management, and lead the planning and development in light of the elements of the enterprise data management framework (data governance, data management, data quality management, data integration, data architecture, and data security).

　

Position Details

We analyze data and promote projects in order to improve the efficiency/advancement of corporate marketing operations. Stakeholders are corporate clients throughout the group and related departments within the company. The work includes data analysis, project management, and reporting to management, as described below.

- Analyze and propose improvements to the corporate marketing operations of the entire group

- Planning and promotion of data utilization projects across the group

- Data integration and sales analysis for master data management, etc.

- Decision-making support to management

- Establishment and management of data governance system

- Development of digital talent

　

Work Environment

This division is a small elite unit led by a senior managing executive officer who has held senior management positions at major foreign IT companies. Members' backgrounds are diverse, including subsidiary executives, public infrastructure, major IT, major manufacturers, trading companies, and start-ups.

Mandatory Qualifications:

- Experience in leading DX promotion projects such as master database construction at a consulting firm or system planning department of a business company (3 years or more)

- Experience in supporting various types of decision-making at the management level regarding the launch of DX-related organizations, investment decisions, etc.

　

Desired Qualifications:

- Experience and knowledge of marketing for corporates

- Experience in implementation projects of RPA, ETL, process mining, AI, etc.
