The Data Reporting Analyst position will play a vital role in supporting the Employee Services Team by assisting with key administrative functions such as position management, vacancy tracking, and data management. Essential Duties & Responsibilities  These are typical responsibilities for this position and should not be construed as exclusive or all inclusive. May perform other duties as assigned:   • Assist in maintaining accurate position management records, ensuring all data is updated and aligned with department needs. • Track and monitor vacancy status, ensuring timely follow-up and coordination with relevant stakeholders. • Support the development of reports and dashboards to track key metrics related to employee services. • Assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes by helping gather necessary documents, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires and departing employees. • Collaborate with other business units to identify and report training needs or service gaps. • Assist in the creation and organization of documentation for position management and vacancy tracking processes. • Provide general administrative support to the Employee Services team as needed, including scheduling meetings, coordinating training sessions, and maintaining files. • Participate in projects aimed at improving workflows and enhancing departmental effectiveness. • Collaborate with stakeholders to organize airport tours for employees, ensuring these experiences are informative and engaging. • Develop and implement creative ways to educate airport employees about the airport’s operations, culture, and key initiatives.   Work Environment • A fast-paced, team-oriented environment. • Opportunities for training and professional development.   Leadership Provided  • Provides leadership to assigned staff, interns, temporary employees, etc.  • Serves as a technical resource to other employees   Supervision Received  Direction received is general and focuses on end results and is typically collaborative in nature.   Knowledge, Skills & Abilities  These are typical responsibilities for this position and should not be construed as exclusive or all inclusive: • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills. • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. • Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities. • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or similar tools. • Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service and addressing organizational needs. • Ability to lead and speak effectively to groups.   Required Skills: Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)  Minimum Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in business, public administration, accounting, finance, information technology, statistics, human resources, or a related field (Additional professional years of experience may be considered for substitution for the required degree on an exception basis) • 2-3 years of administrative or clerical experience with data entry, tracking, or reporting in a professional business, human resources, or customer service environment.  • Strong organizational and time management skills • Strong focus on customer service   Preferred Education & Experience  • Four-year degree from an accredited college or university  • 3-4 years of administrative or clerical experience in a business, human resources, or customer service environment.   Licensures and Certifications  No specific certifications or licensures required.    Essential Capabilities and Work Environment  Required physical, lifting, and sensory capabilities are requirements to perform the job successfully.
