Your new job includes

As part of the Master Data Management team, you will be responsible for the quality of master data in the Beauty category. 
In particular, you will 

• procure supplier and article master data through direct contact with national and international suppliers via data pool and Excel files
• ensure high data quality at Gebr. Heinemann, especially through completeness and plausibility checks    
• identify training requirements for our suppliers based on the data provided and initiate and conduct working meetings to improve data quality
• maintaining a quality assurance reporting system  
• carry out queries on new master data requirements due to legal requirements
• support process optimization in day-to-day business

Preferred Profile

• Completed commercial training and initial professional experience in master data management - especially in the area of article, supplier and customer master data  
• Very good SAP S/4HANA knowledge and experience with Excel   
• Fluency in written and spoken German and English   
• Independent, responsible way of working
• A strong service and customer orientation as well as a high team spirit
