Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Program Manager with 15 to 20 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Master Data Management (MDM) and will play a crucial role in managing and delivering the MDM program, ensuring client satisfaction and driving business growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead various projects, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction
  • Oversee the implementation of SAP MDG solutions, ensuring alignment with client requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute project plans
  • Ensure high-quality deliverables through regular reviews and quality checks
  • Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively
  • Facilitate workshops and sessions for clients and internal teams
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues or risks proactively
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery and client satisfaction
  • Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Work effectively in a hybrid work model
  • Show strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Possess a client-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in SAP MDG technology

Qualifications

Must Have:

  • 15 to 20 years of experience in program management
  • Strong understanding of Master Data Management (MDM)
  • Proven experience in leading and delivering complex projects
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Experience in conducting workshops and sessions
  • Ability to manage project budgets and resources efficiently
  • Proactive approach to identifying and mitigating project risks
  • Client-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with SAP MDG solutions
  • Knowledge of the latest trends and advancements in SAP MDG technology
  • Relevant certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2)
  • Experience working in a hybrid work model
