Algorithms Team:
Our Algorithms team is a versatile Software Engineering team. They build production-ready software for complex problems that require technical and innovative solutions.The team combines:- software engineering ability;- technical expertise and versatility - and the ability to learn fast (in fields such as Computer Vision, Signal Processing, Kinematics, Control, Data Science, etc);- product awareness.
The largest example of their work is the motion tracking and motion analysis engine that enables our AI Care Specialist to guide our members during their exercise sessions:- providing multi modal real-time feedback;- collecting valuable movement metrics.

What you’ll be doing:

• Optimize Human Pose Tracking accuracy in various scenarios through the training or fine-tuning of Deep Learning models;
• Design and implement image acquisition and processing pipelines for accurate real-time inference optimized to the hardware they run on;
• Build and improve tools, scripts and processes for all tasks related to the training of Computer Vision models;
• Troubleshoot, debug, maintain code and documentation and create tests and validation procedures to ensure quality;
• Help grow the Computer Vision team by defining and promoting best practices.

What you need to have:

• 5+ years of experience in solving complex problems with Computer Vision;
• Strong Software Engineering foundation;
• End-to-end experience training Deep Learning models;
• Experience working in projects from ideation to completion and maintenance (including releasing and iterating);
• Critical thinking, self-direction & results-oriented mindset;
• Initiative and ability to prioritize;
• Willingness and ability to collaborate effectively as a team to reach common goals.

What we would love to see:

• Experience working in a fast-paced environment and wearing different hats;
• Experience with transfer learning or fine-tuning Computer Vision models;
• Experience optimizing models for inference speed tailoring them to hardware.
