We’re seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Data and Insights Analyst to join our team and help us continue making a measurable impact while driving business performance. If you’re driven by data and inspired by purpose, we’d love to hear from you!


Schedule and Hours:
  • Part-time role: 20 hours per week.
  • Flexible schedule within California, PST hours (morning or afternoon shifts can be accommodated).

Responsibilities: 

  • Assist management in collecting, reporting, and analyzing data-driven insights on key business metrics.
  • Conduct comprehensive data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven strategies, reporting and recommendations.
  • Design and maintain dashboards and visualizations to track business KPIs.
  • Use statistical tools and techniques to perform quantitative analyses.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy by regularly cleaning and validating datasets.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains.
  • Translate complex findings and insights into a clear and actionable business narrative. Deliver “so what” insights and identify “what’s next” based on insights identified. 
  • Able to produce visually appealing presentations, using graphs and graphics 


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Excellent skills and proficiency with Microsoft Excel (macros, automations and building data models)
  • Proficiency with SQL and database management.
  • Strong commercial acumen and understanding of business KPIs.
  • Ability to quickly learn how to use and navigate different online platforms (CRM, accounting software, etc). NetSuite and experience with Numerator tools a benefit.
  • Ability to work in a team and excellent communication skills.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
