Data and Analytics Platforms Manager SEC

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Data and Analytics Platforms Manager to lead our cluster data strategy execution. This role will oversee infrastructure creation, data platform integration, dashboard creation and optimization, systems development and AI. The ideal candidate will manage a Team that will drive strategic growth and enhance business operations through innovative and integrated data solutions

Data Analytics Platforms

• Assess existing data processes and analytics infrastructure; identify gaps, areas of improvement at local and Cluster level
• Design, re-design and implement correct data processes, enhance automation in data manipulation and ensure platforms’ integration in coordination with Business Analytics strategy
• Build appropriate infrastructure to ensure automation, integration, scalability, security, and uniformity across SEC countries and achieve high level of data quality with automated data processes and integrated databases
• Ensure easy and quick access to databases with the needed levels of granularity at both the Country and SEC levels; simplify access to data for more accurate and effective business insights
• Manage the collection, processing, and harmonization of large datasets to ensure data quality and integrity. Design and maintain data systems and databases, including fixing coding errors and related issues.
• Design and implement new dashboards (Power BI), optimize and re-design existing ones across countries to enhance business operations and drive strategic growth in agreement with Business needs
• Ensure feeding and automation of KPIs monitoring with different levels of granularity and develop predictive models to support business decisions across the cluster
• Enhance automation in Targets & Incentives process

Data Governance

• Define and ensure application of policies for data access, quality, and compliance
• Ensures best approaches for data manipulation and data quality.
• Ensure data quality is enhanced in the most efficient and automated way

AI development

• Understand business objectives and identify areas where AI can drive value (e.g., predictive analytics, natural language processing).
• Develop a roadmap for AI adoption, considering cloud services (Azure), machine learning frameworks and automation tools
• Address ethical implications of AI, including bias mitigation and transparency.

Systems Development

• Work with ZTD on correct development and implementation considering internal needs, security practices
• Ensure correct data platform integration according to business needs.

People Management

• Lead cross-countries team and ensures coordination with the entire Business Analytics structure

Qualifications:

Education:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Data Science, or a related field.
• Certifications in AI (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer) are advantageous.
• Proficient in English

Experience:

• >8 years in data analytics
• Proven track record of successful projects execution
• Team leader

Skills:

• Full proficiency in Excel, Python, SQL, ETL (Alteryx, Knime), Power BI
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure)
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

This is a position based in Spain and requires a Spanish language native level and residence in Madrid.
