We are a Nordic bank with strong local roots and bridges to the rest of the world.We are seeking an experienced Data Product Analyst / Designer with a robust background in data analysis and business analysis to join our Data Products CoE team. In this role, you will be heavily involved in the design and development of data-driven products and standards that enhance our banking services.
As part of a team operating in a federated agile setup with a flat hierarchy and a customer-focused approach, your contributions will directly contribute to the bank's strategic initiatives and enhance customer satisfaction through the adoption of data products.
Your role as a Product Analyst
As a Data Product Analyst / Designer, you will participate in the analysis and design stages of shortlisted data products, ensuring they align with business needs and technical feasibility. You will consult on the design phases to ensure products are technically viable and meet business requirements. Your role involves performing and consulting on data modelling, cleansing, ETL, and data profiling to maintain high data quality standards.
- Develop and maintain templates and step-by-step processes for best practices in data product design and implementation.
- Ensure alignment of blueprints and delivery teams with required standards for Data Contracts, Security, Data Protection, Data Management, Data Quality, Metadata, and Provenance/Lineage in all stages of the product lifecycle.
- Collaborate closely with IT, business units, and management to align on optimal solutions that influence the bank's customers.
We imagine that you have
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Data Analyst or Business Analyst.
- Extensive experience in data modelling, data analysis, data cleansing, and ETL processes.
- Demonstrated ability to lead the design of standards and documentation processes.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Analytics, Data Analysis, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Analytical skills and proficiency in data profiling and designing data models.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, PBI, and familiarity with cloud and API technologies.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in other languages used in Danske Bank locations is a plus.
