• Educated to degree level, ideally in a relevant STEM discipline
  - Some experience or strong interest in product management or data-related roles
  - Basic understanding of data engineering and data science concepts, with a willingness to learn more
  - Familiarity with the product development process and agile methodologies is a plus
  - Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
  - A strategic and analytical mindset with a desire to grow and learn
  - Initiative and the ability to thrive in a supportive, dynamic environment
  - Experience or interest in data-driven personalisation is desirable but not essential
