We are looking for a "Data Product Manager" for Wingie Enuygun Group's growing team. With this position, you will have the chance to take part in the team that has developed one of the most successful internet businesses in Turkey.

Requirements

What makes you special?

• You have 4+ years of product management expertise, with a proven track record of leading successful product releases.
• You hold a bachelor’s degree in statistics, mathematics, computer science, engineering, or a related field—a background in data science, AI, or machine learning is a major plus.
• You’ve worked in a technology-focused company (preferably an internet or SaaS company) and thrive in dynamic environments.
• You’re a team player who loves to collaborate across teams, from data scientists to engineers and business stakeholders.
• You’re passionate about data, analytics, and numbers, and you use insights to inform every product decision.
• You’ve successfully managed cross-functional teams, working with designers, engineers, and business intelligence teams to deliver products that meet and exceed user expectations.

What we expect from you:

• Own and oversee the product roadmap and strategy for our data-driven products.
• Partner with data scientists and engineers to define, develop, and optimize data products that address user and business needs.
• Conduct benchmarking research to identify opportunities for product development and innovation.
• Work closely with the design team to conduct user research and define workflows and UX for data-centric features.
• Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, gathering feedback, prioritizing requirements, and translating them into actionable plans.
• Collaborate with Business Intelligence and Marketing teams to analyze product performance and drive continuous improvements.
• Use analytics, AI models, and A/B testing to refine and optimize features, ensuring products exceed performance targets.
• Maintain detailed documentation, including workflows, critical decisions, dependencies, and deliverables, for Agile Project Management.
• Champion the integration of data science and AI technologies into user-facing products, identifying and addressing gaps based on both user needs and business feedback.
