The Group Actuarial & Capital Change Team transforms the credit risk modelling for UK Life annuity portfolio. GACC Project enhances the approach to credit risk within the internal model capital calculation.

What will you be doing?

  • Rebuild an ETL asset data model,

  • Support the credit spread model design and its implementation,

  • Proposing simplifications and improvements to asset data extract process,

  • Engage with the team of actuarial experts from all over the UK,

  • Ensure smooth route to live production for the new process,

  • Effectively communicate results to stakeholders,

  • Be a team player and support flexible resourcing model.

What we’re looking for?

  • 4 years of working experience in actuarial, financial or investment banking activities,

  • Understanding of asset cashflow models and assets valuation,

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills,

  • Ability to express concisely and transparently technical concepts to senior management and non-expert audience,

  • Ability to identify problems and help resolve these or escalate as appropriate.
