Reporting to the Senior Pricing and Sales Planning Manager, the candidate plays a major role in the accuracy of pricing application in our systems, by compiling and analyzing data, including validating customer invoices, implementing corrective measures and automation. The person will liaise with various teams to ensure data integrity and currency.

Responsibilities

System configuration and maintenance:

  • Manage price list entry and system configuration for billing and clearing processes
  • Ensure data integrity and optimized data flow for customer invoicing
  • Manage and maintain reference tables for prices and hedges
  • Participate in the implementation of a new price management system

Ensure data quality:

  • Organize and improve data quality to ensure the correct application of prices
  • Contribute to ideas and actions aimed at developing solutions and data governance
  • Create data quality assurance models, metrics and reports to present trends
  • Maintain documentation on data quality processes, rules and standards
  • Create data quality dashboards, perform data audits and implement necessary data corrections
  • Facilitate and participate in data cleansing
  • Identify corrective actions and propose solutions
  • Assist manager with ad-hoc requests

Qualifications

  • University degree in administrative management; information technology management, information systems, statistics or related field
  • Minimum 2 to 5 years' experience in data quality management
  • Proficiency in Office suite, advanced Excel level
  • Mastery of SQL and experience in data manipulation and analysis
  • Experience with Google Big Query or Snowflake data warehouses
  • Knowledge of business intelligence systems (Power BI) and database maintenance
  • Proactive and rigorous
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Very good sense of organization and priorities
  • Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
  • Bilingualism (French and English), both oral and written
